2. Use of the Platform
You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and technology on the Sentient Pulse™ platform — including Pulse Credits™, Your Pro™, and Shop What You Watch™ — are the property of Sentient Ventures and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
4. User Content
By submitting content through the platform, you grant Sentient Ventures a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the platform's services.
5. Pulse Credits™
Pulse Credits are digital rewards earned through engagement with the platform. They have no cash value and may not be exchanged for currency. Sentient Ventures reserves the right to modify the credits system at any time.
6. Limitation of Liability
Sentient Ventures shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users or the platform.
